Indeed Adsis great for those “revolving door” positions in a healthcare setting. This platform allows me to provide a continuous flow of applicants to my hiring managers. More than half of the applicants are qualified and respond quickly to requests. This is incredibly beneficial and crucial in healthcare where every person counts.

I think that in most markets this is incredibly helpful. We have occasionally had issues with sponsorship not being enough and we've had to employ other methods of recruitment through Indeed, but that's more the market of talent than Indeed's fault. In general, I think it's very useful for all our positions we hire for at our company.

We use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to direct driver applicants to our website to begin the onboarding process. We also use it to fill employee positions in the office.

I use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to recruit, manage, and hire employees on a daily basis.

Since it is pay-per-click, you won’t waste money on applicants who aren’t interested in your job at all and scroll on by. The downside is if someone clicks in and clicks out quickly without reading much or applying, you are out that advertising money with no results. With sponsored postings, you get the ability to for Instant Match where Indeed will match you with candidates that fit what you are looking for. You will also get the ability to invite candidates to apply for your position, and reach more candidates through desktop, mobile, and Job Alert emails.

Indeed made it easy to make changes to our accounts and adjust to new hiring practices. Customer service was direct, polite and effective. Time was not wasted, but a friendly experience was maintained. Overall experience was enjoyable and effective in resolving our issues. I highly recommend working with their customer success team at any time.

Indeed Sponsored Jobs is used for recruiting candidates at our company. We often don't receive as many applicants as we would like, and the sponsored job ads help with this issue. We use this tool to also invite applicants who maybe haven't applied yet. This allows us to create a larger pool of candidates to choose from in our hiring process.

Indeed Sponsored Jobs helps us recruit the best candidates. We have tried other methods and the results are around 20% of the quality candidates that we get from Indeed. Most applicants use Indeed and even if they don't apply, we can send them an invite to apply, which has worked well for us.

Indeed Sponsored Jobs is great for finding candidates at all levels. We use it for all positions we have available. We use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to help us get the best quality candidates possible. This has helped us hire many applicants with the several job advertisements we post. The business problem the product addresses is getting instant matches to the relevant position to help make hiring a quick and easy process.
  • Assessments - A better pool of candidates because it differentiates between candidates that don't fill out the assessments and candidates that do.
  • Instant Match - We use this quite frequently and can invite matched candidates to apply for our job post.
  • Screener Questions - Anyone who does not meet our deal-breaker questions will be rejected, which helps us if we have a lot of candidates to review.
  • Job Status - Pause, Close, Open - It would be helpful to see a date on when it was paused or closed that way if we need to reopen we know how long it has been since we filled that position.
Indeed Sponsored Jobs is well suited in the areas of allowing us to match with certain candidates that have the qualifications we are looking for and rejecting candidates that don't meet our qualifications.

We hire for all of our positions through Indeed. We hire sales, construction, and management roles. Our goal is to schedule an interview as many qualified candidates as possible to find the right fit.

We use Indeed Sponsored ads to stand out from the competition and ensure our ad gets in front of more faces. In a very competitive job market, it can be difficult to gain traction with your hiring goals. This is another tool in our arsenal to find the right candidates.

We use sponsored ads to highlight our most needed to fill positions. I do have trouble sponsoring ads, as there is no real automatic way to do this. I either have to email our rep or add the code to the job ad.

In our industry, we have a constant turnover and are always hiring given the nature of the positions. I am on Indeed daily reviewing resumes and candidates that best fit our needs, it's easy to use and I have no complaints about the functionality of the system itself. Sometimes I struggle with "selling" our company culture and being attractive to applicants, so I'm hoping to improve that in due time.
  • Functionality and Ease of Use.
  • Email Notifications and Communication.
  • Categorizing candidates as active or rejected helps me know what's new and old too.
  • Actual email addresses would be ideal, I think sometimes they go to their spam folder.
  • Possibly adding pre-fill templates for the entire job post, not just skills or educational background.
  • Customizable layout for landing page.
In my opinion, Indeed is the most well-known job site. Everyone knows what Indeed is, not everyone knows what Zip Recruiter or Glass Door are yet so you have that "monopoly" advantage. Take advantage of that in every way you can, for as long as you can. Candidates call me all the time and say they "Applied on Indeed" which gets me and the managers one step ahead with reviewing their resume and background to determine if they're a good fit. When a candidate has an updated resume on Indeed, it is a huge time saver for us to see where we proceed.

Indeed Sponsored Jobs is our main source for bringing in talent. It's been helpful to be able to use their resume searches and invite options as well to find better-qualified candidates. Right now it is hard to find qualified candidates for nearly all types of positions.
  • Easy to post position.
  • Large database of candidates.
  • Organized.
  • Budget and applications coming in sometimes don't add up so it feels like you spend more for fewer applicants at times.
  • Personal emails added to Indeed resumes.
  • The option to add keyword tags to posts to help bring him more views.
In some positions, it is not a suitable option and you have to be more creative. It's great for more competitive jobs and it gives you all the opportunities necessary to be able to see what the competition is doing and what you can do to find qualified candidates.

We can use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to get more traction on our job postings and gain more applications. We service multiple states and often need to fill positions quickly. We struggle with getting applications regularly, so this feature has helped us reach many candidates that we may not have been able to reach on our own.
  • Bumps our name up to top employers so we receive more clicks/views/applies
  • Provides more qualified applicants that have a mutual interest in our industry
  • Provides more applications quicker
  • The skills test offered are limited to the job you're posting. I feel that could be filtered out better.
  • Not allowing the same candidate to apply over & over (especially if they have been interviewed multiple times in the past & have been rejected). This would save a lot of re-applies for those that aren't qualified. Or maybe give them a time period before they can apply again.
  • The 'Find Candidates' tabs can also be confusing at times. It's user-friendly - but you have to get used to it first. It seems like there's too much clicking around to get to one thing sometimes.
Indeed Sponsored jobs are well suited for those who need help in areas that need more traction/don't have a lot of candidates seeking in that area or seeking at all.

Indeed Sponsored jobs are probably less appropriate if you're posting in a heavy market that has a lot of job seekers. Candidates tend to find you when the population is high & a lot are seeking.

I use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to post various locations throughout the country, which helps me reach millions of candidates. The problem the product addresses is the cost, I no longer have to monitor the cost per click (I still do but not every second), and placing a budget helps not only me but the Indeed team.

We are currently using an ATS which is integrated with Indeed, and some of the features are not available as they are on the direct post on Indeed. We use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to fill positions throughout our area of operation, which includes five states. We mostly hire security officers. Our industry tends to be an industry with traditionally high turnover. Indeed Sponsored Jobs has helped to stay ahead of the curve as much as possible. Although we still have a high turnover rate, our turnover is lower than the industry average, and our retention is higher than many of our competitors. Utilizing Indeed, and specifically, Indeed Sponsored Jobs, has played a role in those factors.
  • Reaches a large applicant pool.
  • Increases the response to the ads that we post.
  • Helps us fill hard to fill positions.
  • We would likely do more with Indeed Sponsored Jobs, but it can be cost prohibitive.
  • We use applicant tracking software, and the integration has improved, but it sometimes feels that there could be a disconnect when the applicant leaves Indeed Sponsored Jobs and goes to our software. Some of the issues involve our software. Again, this has greatly improved over the years, but increased integration and a more seamless flow are always desired.
  • Sometimes our ads get flagged and pulled from Indeed for apparently no reason. Sometimes it is because we did something that was prohibitive or not recommended, but at other times it's rather unexplainable. It's a pain when it goes on for days without us noticing it. Indeed is typically very responsive. Still, it hurts to lose traction, especially when it's for a very pressing hiring need.
Indeed Sponsored Jobs will typically boost responses to ads that are posted on Indeed. It also provides some tools to help screen those applicants, so that you get to the most qualified candidates first.

From our experience it works better for filling front line positions, and we haven't had as much success using Indeed Sponsored Jobs to fill managerial positions or positions that require higher skills or specified training and certification.

PennReach is a non-profit that provides services for individuals who have physical or mental disabilities. With that being said we have a very tight budget so we have switched to Indeed sponsored jobs which have helped us save money yet also get qualified candidates. In the past, we were spending triple the money to get one job ad out a time and now having a set budget where it doesn't matter if it's 1 job or 20 in a month is super helpful. PennReach services individuals all throughout the state of New Jersey which makes hiring for employees tricky to find because we want our employees to live nearby. This means we are constantly having much positing open in just one month all throughout the state. New Jersey is very diverse and the cost of living can vary from town to town, which means posting in one town can be completely different than another which normally would fluctuate the cost per posting, however, with Indeed Sponsored Jobs we are still able to get our ad out there at a reasonable price per month and get qualified applicant applying.
  • Our final cost per month is significantly cheaper through Indeed SponsoredJjobs versus paying per job posting. We were paying double the costs for just about the same about of applicants applying.
  • Gives ease that posting another job won't break the bank. We can post many at the same price.
  • Indeed filtered out applicants that aren't actually a matching applicant.
More affordable. Always worth trying first verses just paying to sponsor your own job.

For healthcare talent acquisition and jobs that are employee-oriented Indeed is super reliable to fill the roles you need. For companies that have smaller hiring needs, it might be better to go word of mouth.
